Your Bolo de Rolo is ready to enjoy right away, best at room temperature.
For storage, keep it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days, refrigerate for 2 weeks, or freeze for 3 months. Wrap well before refrigerating or freezing.
Thaw frozen cake overnight in the fridge, then let it sit at room temperature for 3 hours before serving. Do not refreeze.

I was never a big sweet tooth, but this cake had me hooked! It’s the perfect blend of soft and airy, and quality filling cake. Again, soft and airy. Cant get enough honestly
