Cake Care

Your Bolo de Rolo is ready to enjoy right away, best at room temperature.

For storage, keep it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days, refrigerate for 2 weeks, or freeze for 2 months. Wrap well before refrigerating or freezing.

Thaw frozen cake overnight in the fridge, then let it sit at room temperature for 3 hours before serving. Do not refreeze.

The tastiest cake I have EVER tried!

I decided to have a taste of a different flavour than the traditional guava bolo de rolo, and it is one of the tastiest cakes I have ever tried. The dough is absolute perfection and the 'doce de leite' goes so well with it. The cake just melts in your mouth and it's such an authentic, nostalgic flavour, absolutely YUMMY. My husband had never tried 'bolo de rolo' before and he loved it.

It has been such a long time since I've had a 'bolo de rolo' back in Brazil, so to have the chance to taste it again brings me a lot of joy. 5 stars for the flavour, for the authentical traditional brazilian flavour and for the amount of effort and love put into this cake

Great change to the original guava.

First time I have a different flavour than the original guava and yes, it is also delicious! These people definitely know their bolo de rolo!

A taste of home, it was just perfect. Even after freezing, it was absolutely delicious. The right amount of everything. Plus the details in the packaging, you can see the love in it. ❤️
