960g - 1kg: 12-16 servings. Approx 20 cm long x 9 cm diameter. Optional toppings: 240g white chocolate fudge + sprinkles

Cake Care

Your Bolo de Rolo is ready to enjoy upon arrival. It's best served at room temperature.  

Storage: To store your Bolo de Rolo, keep it at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 7 days. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for 2 months.  

When refrigerating or freezing, wrap it well in cling film and a ziplock bag. If frozen, thaw overnight in the fridge's lower section, then let it sit at room temperature for about 3 hours before serving.  

Avoid refreezing once thawed. This ensures your Bolo de Rolo remains fresh and delicious.
