• Guava: Guava Bolo de Rolo features rich, buttery layers with a hint of caramelized, toasty flavor from browned butter and sugar. The guava jam adds a bright, tangy contrast. The cake has thin, delicate layers that melt in your mouth, punctuated by a satisfying crunch from sugar crystals. 
• Chocolate: Soft, buttery chocolate cake layers are perfectly paired with a dense, creamy Brigadeiro filling. This combination offers an indulgent chocolate experience, enhanced by the Brigadeiro's velvety texture and deep chocolate flavor with a hint of milk. The cake's melt-in-your-mouth quality is beautifully complemented by the classic fudgy texture of the Brigadeiro, making each bite a luxurious treat.
• Doce de Leite: Enjoy the creamy richness of our Doce de Leite Bolo de Rolo. Its buttery cake layers are interlaced with smooth, caramelized milk filling, offering a deep, milky sweetness with a caramel hint. This cake provides a soft, melt-in-your-mouth feel, enhanced by the creamy texture of authentic Doce de Leite. 
• Churros: Combines warm cinnamon flavor with sweet filling, creating a delightful balance. The texture features soft, spiced cake layers with creamy filling, topped off with a crunchy cinnamon-sugar crust for added enjoyment in every bite.

Variety box of Bolo de Rolo slices are available in sets of 6 or 12.

Each box features a mix of flavors: double chocolate, doce de leite, churros, and guava. It's perfect for sampling our best creations, offering a visually stunning and equally delicious tasting experience.

• Churros: Flour, Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Milk, Glucose, Bicarbonate Soda, Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon powder.

Your Bolo de Rolo is ready to enjoy upon arrival. It's best served at room temperature.  

Storage: To store your Bolo de Rolo, keep it at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 7 days. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for 2 months.  

When refrigerating or freezing, wrap it well in cling film and a ziplock bag. If frozen, thaw overnight in the fridge's lower section, then let it sit at room temperature for about 3 hours before serving.  

Avoid refreezing once thawed. This ensures your Bolo de Rolo remains fresh and delicious.
